Jiyoga is a dynamic
yoga practice designed to stimulate the energy systems within our bodies.Based
on the teachings of Japanese yogi Dr Masahiro Oki, this therapeutic practice
draws on traditional Indian yoga and the oriental medical system.
We use mindful breath and corrective exercises to build core strength
and improve flexibility. Your practice will enhance body alignment, mental
clarity, and boost energy levels.
You are encouraged to move at your own pace throughout your practice.
Classes conclude with meditation exercises and a short massage. No previous
yoga experience is required.
Jiann has over fifteen years experience practicing yoga in Australia,
Ireland and the UK. She studied with Jack Marshall at the Zen Renaissance
Healing Centre in Sydney.
